Christians and atheists) how would you pursuade this guy to NOT commit suicide?

This stranger is at the top of a building and you are the only person he he wants to speak to. He demands to talk to you or he will jump. When you get there he is on the edge and he takes a handheld tazer out of his pocket and he tosses it at your feet. And says please don't hurt me then he yells "keep your hands where I can see them and don't make any sudden moves or I'm really going consider jumping!!" then he tells you to walk away from the tazer. When you walk away he runs and grabs the tazer then runs back to the edge of the building. Then he tells you to lie flat on your back and explain to him why he shouldnt kill himself. He tells you to give him a compelling groundbreaking argument or he's seriously going to think about jumping. What do you say?
