Do you feel compelled to feed your children's friends just because they come over?

My son is not old enough to have friends over yet, but yes I would feed his friends. I mean, if they are just staying from 2-6pm I might just let them wait until they go home, but if they are staying the night I would definitely feed them. Why would they be there at a meal time if you weren't planning to feed them?
