Help!! custody battle i sware the man is crazy?

i have been having troubles with my ex boyfriend and my baby's father. my daughters father would stalk me for months. threaten to take my daughter away from me. and much more. him and his family are the kind of people who live off welfare,, live in a trailer park,, the worst trailer park in this little town i live in. i got worried about my child and her emotional well being and her physical safety as well. i went to court and got emergency temporary sole custody for the reason of her fathers home has domestic violence. i also deciding to go for child support. her father had no idea that i was going for child support at that moment in time. my mom ended up telling him. then i was tired of dealing with him being as crazy and i am worried for my daughter. i asked him to sign the termination papers. and he agreed under the condition that i drop child support. and of course it would have been dropped. he signed the papers but of course i wasn't going to drop child support until it was final with court. but in court that day he changed his mind. a week later gets served with child support papers. then he changed his mind again saying that he will sign his rights away because he doesn't want to pay child support. i would really rather him not be in the picture at all. but i don't know what to do anymore. at this point i am worried that if he got the chance he would really take off with my daughter. by the way.. my daughter is two years old almost three. and i have raised her from day one. oh and i was 15 when i had her but i am 18 now. please anyone have any good advice?
