Help me I have been smelling dirty penis for 2 weeks straight!?

For like 2 weeks now I have been smelling grody-*** penis and its not coming from anywhere!!!!! I am not trolling I sware to god. It smells like someone who hasn't bathed in 6 months is shoving their balls in my face. I smell it at school, at home... and everywhere. And its not me. I bathe regularly and I don't smell like that. Somtimes its more subtle and somtimes its so strong that i cant handle it. At first I was like whateva but frankly im becoming nauseated. Help!!!!!!!!!!
