Homework... Can someone reword this easier please?

It sounds like they are wanting you to look at both sides of the card.. Say what you agree with and why, what you disagree with and why.. For example if one says grass is detremental to social activity, and you know many ppl that use grass on a daily basis to cope with their antisociability, you would use that as your argument.. But at the same rate it is not good for all, as it instill anti social effects in others.. So I hope thats helpful,
