What does my dream involving money, rain, and someone waving at me mean?

I slept my day away and had 1 dream. I was here in my apartment and went outside into the parking lot. It just rained so water was on the ground from the aftermath. I was walking around and saw soggy 1 dollar bills I picked up. I saw a person I went on deployment with 2 years ago. He was telling me another person dropped this money(who I didnt know but in the dream we both knew who it was) but he was picking money up too. We both salvaged 1 dollar bills. I turned around and saw a car driving away with another person I went on deployment with 2 years ago. We waved at eachother as he left. I continued my search and began finding twenty dollar bills. I looked up what finding money means. Im in a bit of a strained relationship if that helps with more insight. What does this combo mean? thanks.
