What the f*** is going on with PSN? Why cant i sign on?

I'm getting some stupid error code.80773057650387, or some BS like that. WTF is going on? Why is PSN always doing this? I sware I'm buying an xbox 360. this is getting freaking irritating as all hell. PLus my friends that have xbox NEVER have this problem. (maybe cause they pay for good service IDK). Anyone else having this problem? Don't give me this "turnoff ps3, unhook 5 cables, hit reset, turn switch on and off 6 times, count to 38, wait 7 and a half minutes, do a hand stand, turn on and off your tv, while holding the input Button for 30 seconds. then turn your ps3 back on plug in cables type "slash?76.3er5) into the screen, plug cables back into your laptop, hit enter and text 349575409390 to 90756030 5 times. bullcrap. I tried all that. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CONNECTION. everything I have is hooked up to the net fine. so dont put this crap on me!!!! Im so upset casue I just spent 60$ for a game I CAN'T PLAY!!!!
