The middle portion of my shins feels like its compressed and about to be crushed when i run. Like seriously that's what it feels like. Is it because i might be overweight? I'm 5'4 about 150. But that's because i weight lift too. I normally don't run much but when i do my shins break down in about 5-10 minutes of running. And it compels me from running more, and i need to run tbh.
