How to get him interested .?

ihave been going out with my boyfriend for about 6 months. (since december 5.) we are both 13 and we haven't even kissed yet (not my choice....) the most he's even done was kiss me on the cheek... that's it... he said when we're alone he would. is there anyway ican convince him to go to like the beach or something tomorrow so it will happen .? it's getting pretty tiring waiting for him to, so is there something ican do so when we get there he is like compelled to do it .? any ideas will help, thanks .!
