My cat may have ingested tea tree oil?

I have a small container of 100% pure tea tree oil. I use it on cuts I find it heals them quickly. I was applying it and the lid was off, my cat jumped up onto the counter knocking the bottle over. I picked it up but not before quite a bit had spilled out. He immediately jumped off and left. Something compelled me to start looking it up to be on the same side. It looks extremely poisonous and now I'm worried if he got some on his paws and licked it off? What should I do?
