A weird dream lastnight and couldn't move?

I had a dream that I liked someones status on facebook and the status read " Like my status and Mona Vanderwaal (Pretty Little Liars) will come to your room". In my dream I liked the status and she opened my room door and came in. Then all of a sudden I felt like I knew I was dreaming and I couldn't move. I started to get scared and my eyes opened but somehow I was still in the dream. I tried to scream but I couldn't talk, nothing was coming out. And my hand were up over my head as if someone was holding them down and I sware it felt like someone or something was in my room because I heard noises and something pulled my cover. Then I woke up and nothing was there. This has happened before but not this scary. Does anybody know if it was just a bad dream, lucid dreaming, or a evil spirit. I've had lucid dreams since I was little, I rememver having dreams about Chucky and right before he would kill me I would always know I was dreaming and try to wake myself up and when he would stab me in my dream it really hurt. What's happening? I need answers please.
