None really, the only possible threat is the loss of support from Europe and the US, but that is very unlikely.

It pretty much demonstrates the lack of intelligence thereof. The cognitive dichotomy you're attributing to intelligence is really the apex of the human ego to fulfill it's isolated existence in a intelligent world and universe. I think it's good, and you definately have talent. You could make a little more descriptive language though and perhaps make the prolouge part of 1st chapter? And you definately need to make the chapters bigger-longer. I also think you should develop Zach and Chloes relationship over a longer period. I am no fan of Sarah Palin, but I think that when she said "White House" she was refering to the Obama Administration and not the ACTUAL White House itself. And when she said "department of law" she was referring to the US Department of Justice. But I am not about to try and explain or defend the things she says. How to handle young adult suspected of stealing cigirets and money?

I have a good suspicion that my little brother in law he is 15 has been steeling money from my wifes purse and smokes when ever he comes over I have seen him taking cigirets told him to stop he said ok. Now when I ask him about more money and smokes missing he always says " I sware to god I didn't take them" what I am asking is he is a good kid most of the time do I ban him from my home? Any ideas would help.

Been there done that...women are more emotional than men. They don't understand or think like we do...maybe you should have been more up front in the beginning...idk...but no matter what don't stop being who you are out of fear and hurt associated with rejection. Though you want the pain to go away right now to avoid the hurt, it will not. Time heals all wounds. Move on, if he want you, he'll take the necessary steps to have you.
