Do I have Anorexia?(Eating Disorder)?

Everyone I know say I'm a "toothpick" or a "twig" or "made out of bone and no fat" but I don't see that. My sister is worring I have Anorexia, Anorexia is a eating disorder where you starve yourself. I may have it. Like I'm not that skinny, I sware I have fat on my body, I'm really tall. Could this get worse. I just don't like eating...
