Just got my license and got a speeding ticket.. Can they take my license? nyc?

HI, unbelievable week so far. Cops are totally out of control these days i sware. Anyway i was driving home from school today and was keeping up with traffic and the car that was in front of me slows down goes behind me and pulls me over . Tells me im speeding. Doing 75mph in a 50. Im not a child so i have no reason to lie. I know i was not going that fast. I just got my license 3 months ago and do not want any points off my license or even having to pay for something i did not do. How do i go about this? & Can they take away or suspend my license? any help would be appreciated,,
