Where is the Department of Law located in the White House?

I am no fan of Sarah Palin, but I think that when she said "White House" she was refering to the Obama Administration and not the ACTUAL White House itself. And when she said "department of law" she was referring to the US Department of Justice. But I am not about to try and explain or defend the things she says. And it's things like this that make her sound like an idiot. Did I mention I am NOT a fan of Sarah Palin? -conservative republican
