Does this guy like me?

HElP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ok so i like this guy and he broke up with his girlfriend and still has feelings for her, but i think just because he may have feelings for the girl, doesn't mean he doesn't like me.he asks me if i think he is cute and he's all like you know i'm cute and things like that.he put his arm around me and he uses hand gestures like that if he is talking to me.Also, sometimes i sware if i look at the corner of my eye, he is looking at me constantly!He also makes eye contact when he talks to me, weell, do you think he likes me?i will choose a best answer!
