Can a 17 Year old get arrested for hitting a 12 year old in racine wi?

Ok so i live in racine wisconsin and this black girl thats 17 and im 12 she hit me at a program i goto in the morning and they had all the staff on the girl pushin her away off me . and get this she got arrested last week for hitting a minor and spent a night in jail. i sware to God. and shes been in juvy like 10 times. she told me i will beat your *** n goto juvy over u.
